We are a successful, privately owned swim school in the Wetherill Park area, and we’re always looking for a self-motivated, bubbly, and caring individual to join our W.O.W. Team as a Swim Instructor. If you have a passion for teaching kids, water safety, and water confidence, we want you to be part of our family!

About the Role:

As a W.O.W Swim Teacher, you’ll be delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children ranging from toddlers (2 years old) to primary school-aged students. Your role will focus on:

• Teaching learn-to-swim techniques, water safety, and water confidence

• Providing stroke correction and mini squad lessons

• Creating a positive, fun, and engaging learning environment for children

• Building strong relationships with both staff and families

• Maintaining a high standard of professionalism in everything you do

• Willing to learn and grow with the support of our experienced team
   

No Experience? No Problem!

You don’t need any qualifications to get started, as we provide full training to help you become the best swim teacher you can be. However, if you have the following, that’s a bonus:

• AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (TSW)

• Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
